- We've really enjoyed our little garden that we have out back. Brant has proved that he definitely has a green thumb and the tomatoes are still producing! One morning I caught him watering before he even had the chance to shower and get ready for work! Now that's dedication! Brant reminds me so much of my Papaw Lea and his love for his garden!
- Brant's residency is going great! He loves the people that he is working with and they are really enjoying their job. We had everyone over a few weeks ago for a cook-out and it proved to be so much fun!
- Labor Day weekend we were supposed to go to the beach with friends, but Tropical Storm Lee messed up our plans so we switched it up and went to the lake instead. We were able to get one good day out on the water and had so much fun! We also did a lot of eating and watching football! What a wonderful way to relax for the long weekend!

- And now we are getting ready for fall! The cooler temps have been so nice, I love this time of year! This past week we spent some time getting the house ready for fall and "tailgating" indoors. So much fun!

- I saw these door hangers at Mart back during the summer, instead of buying one, I just decided to make one. Brant helped me a lot and I think it turned out great!

P.S. We have booked our NYC trip! We will be spending our Thanksgiving break watching the Macy's Day Parade!
