HOT

When we moved into the townhouse we inherited a small garden in our backyard! With all of this heat, we Brant has been watering every day to make sure our veggies are growing! Last week we were able to pick a few jalapeno peppers! So, here is a step by step of what Brant created!

Brant was sure to hull out the peppers and get all of the seeds. He was also sure to wear his gloves so that he didn't get the pepper juice all over his hands!

He stuffed all of the peppers with a cream cheese/onion/spice combo!

Then wrapped them all in bacon and put them on the grill!

He grilled them for about 15 minutes and then added them with our dinner! The next time we do stuffed peppers, we will probably cut them in half, stuff them, wrap each in 1/2 a piece of bacon, and cook them in the oven so that they can't really fall apart.

We have just picked some tomatoes(green), so I'm currently searching for a good fried green tomato recipe!

  1. Looks really great! Out here, they leave the seeds in! (Only sometimes)

  2. You have to use oil in your pan for good fried green tomatoes. Healthy or not.
