The last week of May Tomas graduated from high-school. I still can't believe he is old enough to be finished with school! He is attending the local junior college and then plans to transfer to UAH for some type of engineering. We are so very proud of him!
The last weekend of May we drove to Hattiesburg, MS to attend Meredith and Caleb's wedding. Caleb was in dental school with Brant so it was somewhat of a "mini-reunion" for us! We had a lot of fun visiting with dental school friends!
The entire month of June was spent packing up the townhouse, moving loads of our things to the new house each weekend, and spoiling Cooper inside since it has been so hot outside!
Our move was actually very nice. Both sets of our parents, some of our siblings, and a lot of friends helped us move throughout the entire month of June. It made it much easier and not as tiring! We are so thankful for all of the help! We couldn't have done it without everyone!
Our last week in Birmingham was spent visiting with friends every night! We went to most of our favorite places and restaurants and really enjoyed it. Leaving on Saturday was bittersweet, but we know God has great plans for us in our new home! We are so excited to see what journey is ahead!
Brant is on his second day at his new job and I am getting things in order around the house. Cooper and I have been enjoying morning walks with our sweet neighbors and trying to figure out what all our new town has to offer!
